Apparently, once we defeat the extreme mode primals, the beast tribes will only grow more fervent in their prayers, that their deities may grow stronger. In 2.2 we'll have Super Extreme modes (ilvl80) and in 2.3 Super Duper Extreme modes (ilvl90).
