Roger Delta, I will be not eating or sleeping this weekend and D Dog has been assisting me as well as GYO. We will be ready to dominate.

Copy that big pete. Already level 21. Will sacrifice some sleeps to keep turning in bounties lol. Also I finally figured out how to get points in one of he three factions. Just wear the armband thingy when doing strikes or turning in bounties. Sure fire way to get to 26 stat

It looks like once you complete the Lvl28 strike, you receive a weekly buff which gives increased loot drop chance and XP bonus. The buff resets with each weekly reset.
